At RCS Union Software, Unions are all we do. Our company began nearly 30 years ago, when Ken Roberts, from a union family and son of a union president, was approached by a local union financial secretary to create a software specifically for financial secretaries. Since then, our sole focus has been unions.

Unions Are All We Do
There are a lot of financial software programs out there, but very few that were created side-by-side with union officials, made specifically for unions. Our focus on unions means we understand that unions are different than other organizations. Unions are governed by specific rules and regulations, constitutions and bylaws. They have unique requirements like filing LM forms and 990’s. RCS Union Software takes all those things into account.
